Download a Glossary
- Log in to the DeepL website and go to the "Glossaries" page
- Click the three-dot menu next to the target glossary
- Select "Download"
- The glossary will be exported as a CSV file with source, target, and comment columns
Share a Glossary
- Click the "Share" button on the "Glossaries" page
- Set permissions: View only or Can edit
- Copy the link and send it to team members
- Team members can click the link to import the glossary
Manage Permissions
Team administrators can:
- Set a glossary as the team default (automatically applied to all translations)
- Enforce the use of specific glossaries (team members cannot disable them)
- Remove sharing permissions from teams
Glossaries created via the API can also be managed and shared from the web interface.
