This privacy policy explains how deeplcom.com (the site) collects, uses, stores and shares information when you visit the site or use the download service. Please read it in full before using the site.
1. Information we collect
Information you provide. When you submit an enquiry through the contact form, we collect the name, company, email address, phone number and message you enter. Only the email address is required; the remaining fields are optional.
Technical information collected automatically. When you visit the site, the server records access logs including IP address, browser type and version, operating system, timestamp, requested path and referring page. This is used to maintain availability, diagnose faults and count visits, and is not used to identify individuals.
Local storage. The site uses browser local storage to remember interface preferences such as your language selection. That data stays on your own device and is never transmitted to our servers. The site does not serve advertising and does not use advertising tracking cookies.
2. How we use this information
We use collected information only to respond to enquiries submitted through the form, to provide and maintain the site and download service, to detect and prevent abuse, attacks and fraud, and to comply with legal obligations or lawful requests from authorities.
We do not sell or rent your personal information to any third party, and we do not use it for purposes unrelated to those listed above.
3. Sharing
We share information only where necessary with these categories of service provider: hosting and content delivery providers that run the site, and email providers used to reply to your enquiry. These providers may access data only to the extent required to provide their service to us and are bound by contract.
Some pages load web font resources from Google Fonts. During that request your IP address is visible to Google, and Google privacy policy applies to that processing.
4. Retention
Information submitted through the contact form is retained for 24 months after the enquiry is resolved and then deleted. Server access logs are cleared automatically after 90 days. If you would like your information deleted sooner, contact us using the details at the end of this page.
5. Your rights
Where applicable law provides them, you have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you, correction of inaccurate information, deletion of your personal information, restriction of or objection to specific processing, and a copy of the data you provided in a structured format.
To exercise these rights, submit a request through the contact page. We respond within 30 days of receipt.
6. Security
The site is served over HTTPS throughout. Stored form data is subject to access controls and is reachable only by authorized personnel. Please note that no method of internet transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Minors
The site is not directed at children under 14 and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe we have collected such information inadvertently, contact us and we will delete it promptly.
