Create a Glossary

Steps to Create

1. Log in to the DeepL website and click the "Glossaries" icon in the left menu
2. Click the "New Glossary" button
3. Enter a glossary name
4. Select source and target languages
5. Add entries using one of the following methods:
   • Manual entry: Enter source text and target text for each entry
   • Upload CSV/TSV file: File format is source,target,comment
   • Import from an existing glossary
6. Click "Save" to complete creation

Glossary Entry Format

CSV file format example:

source,target,comment
"pharmaceutical","制药","medical terminology"
"due diligence","尽职调查","legal terminology"
"machine learning","机器学习","technical terminology"

Each entry must include source text and target text. The comment column is optional. After creation, you can add, edit, or delete entries at any time.
