With Translation Flow, you can edit translated documents directly in DeepL after translation is complete.
How to Edit
- Complete the translation on the File Translation page
- Click the three-dot menu next to the file
- Select "Edit"
- Enter edit mode where you can manually adjust any translated paragraph
- You can also request a language expert to review specific paragraphs
Edit Mode
The editor displays source and target text side by side, making it easy to compare paragraph by paragraph. You can directly modify the translated text, adjust formatting, apply glossaries, or style rules. Click "Save" to export once you're done editing.
Expert Review
For highly sensitive or important content (such as legal contracts or marketing headlines), you can invite language experts to join the review in edit mode. Experts can make modifications directly within the platform, and all changes are fully tracked.
